France visa guidelines

Students who have paid the university deposit and has the confirmation letter can proceed with the visa process. There are two steps in visa procedure:

1. Campus france procedure

2. VFS submission

Documents required for campus france procedure:

12th mark sheet

Passport 1st and last page

Passport size photo with white background

Individual degree mark sheet or consolidated mark sheet

Degree certificate or provisional degree certificate

Resume

Admission letter from college (after making initial deposit)

Work experience certificate ( 3 months pay slip if working currently)

IELTS score card if 6.5 and above or you can use 12th mark sheet

Long stay visa form filled online and signed (https://france-visas.gouv.fr/)

Tuition fee paid confirmation letter from university

TT copy of tuition fee payment

Covering letter from student

Resume

Original + copy of all academic documents

Statement of purpose

Work experience letter (From last date of education to till now)

Sponsor covering letter to consulate

Sponsor affidavit of support

Sponsor ID proof

Sponsor Bank statement for last six months

Sponsor 3 years ITR

Sponsor 3 months’ pay slips

Education loan letter

Accommodation proof

TT copy of accommodation payment

Air ticket booking

Campus france letter

Campus france payment proof

Travel insurance

IELTS Score (Only keep if you have overall 6.5 or else don’t keep the score card)

Financial statement

Copy of US, UK and Schengen Visas for the past 5 years (including immigration seals)
